Hafa Adai Premier Dentistry family,
Per recent changes in DPHSS guidelines, masks will no longer be required, effective May, 2, 2022. We continue to strongly recommend wearing masks, as the clinic setting is higher risk than a retail location; however, masks will no longer be mandatory. Premier Dentistry staff will continue wearing masks for patient and staff safety. Thank you for cooperation over these past two years, and for your continued diligence in helping us maintain a safe environment for everyone.

Greetings PD family,
Please remember that children are only permitted at the clinic if they are the patients. Children may not accompany adult patients. Unaccompanied children are not permitted in the lobby at any time. Patients who arrive with children will be turned away and their appointments will be re-scheduled. Please comply with clinic rules for the safety and comfort of all. Thank you. Greetings PD family,
Because we are not quite back to normal, Premier Dentistry remains vigilant in screening patients in order to maintain the safest environment for our patients and staff. Although we are not quite back to "normal," we continue to slowly expand our clinic hours as well as increase staff training. We are still requiring social distancing and have spaced out appointments to minimize over-crowding in the waiting area. Our clinic uses hospital-grade Medify air purifiers, located throughout the facilities, and we regularly sanitize with both contact and electrostatic disinfectant sprayers. If you have not had an exam or cleaning during the past year, due to COVID concerns, now is the time to schedule an appointment. Maintaining good oral health is the key to preventing more serious dental problems in the long-term, and can help with overall physical well-being. Call now, to schedule an appointment: 671-300-3221. For new patients, please visit our "New Patients" tab for more information on what to expect for your first appointment! Our current clinic hours are: Monday- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday- 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wednesday- 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday- 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friday- 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. BROKEN APPOINTMENT REMINDER: PD staff will contact patients with a courtesy reminder call of upcoming appointments. If an appointment cannot be confirmed within 24 hours, it will be automatically cancelled, and the patient will need to call to reschedule. Broken appointments and no-shows are both costly and inconsiderate of other patients who are anxiously awaiting a vacant appointment time. Please notify PD as early as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment. Broken appointment fees will apply if notice is not given 24 hours prior to the appointment. Broken appointment fees are $100 for all surgical procedures and $50 for exams, consults, and cleanings. Hello Premier Dentistry Family,
We have updated our Clinic Policies. Here is a copy of the policy, for your convenience. Best regards, Premier Dentistry Dear Premier Dentistry patient family,
Please forgive the errors on the 2021 PD calendar. We regret that these mistakes went unchecked before printing. We hope this doesn't cause too great an inconvenience. Please note errors have been found on the February calendar (small side March calendar is a day off); March calendar (29th is missing, and the rest of the week needs to be pushed back); May calendar (gray-shaded days before May 1, should read 25-30); June calendar (gray-shaded days for July are missing: 1-3). Again, our apologies for the errors. Please be sure to double-check your dates and make the necessary corrections. Sincerely, Premier Dentistry Dear Premier Dentistry patient family,
We hope this message finds you healthy and safe! We want to reassure you that, despite the COVID restrictions, we are still here for you! We will be open for treatment and to meet your dental needs. As we have updated before, we are going above and beyond to keep our office and dental rooms safe for all; safety is our number one priority. From COVID pre-screenings, temperature checks, Hepa-13 medical grade air purifying filters used in all areas of the clinic, plexiglass barriers, frequent disinfection in all high contact areas (in addition to our normal sterilization and disinfection processes), etc. We have been noticing an alarming trend in our patients as of recently. Many are coming in with cracked or chipped teeth. We are seeing this on a weekly basis, which is not normal. This can be attributed to the added stress that the pandemic has put on everyone. If you find that you are clenching, gritting or grinding your teeth, having increased headaches or pain in the jaw, please don't hesitate to give us a call at (671) 300-3221 or 3222, so we can give you an evaluation and prevent cracked teeth. Despite the unfortunate and unusual circumstances of this year, we would like to wish you a blessed and peaceful holiday season! Best regards, Premier Dentistry In compliance with the latest Executive Order, Premier Dentistry is adjusting clinic hours, effective Monday, August 24, 2020. Open for urgent care and emergencies only: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, from 8:00-15:00. No walk-ins accepted.
Please call our Urgent Care on-call number in case of accidents, severe pain, and/or inflammation: (671) 747-3260. We urge you to stay home and stay safe. Practice the 3 W’s:
(effective, starting Monday, May 18th, 2020)
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Hafa Adai! As of Monday, May 11th, Premier Dentistry will officially be re-opening but with updated operations at reduced capacity. We have implemented various precautionary measures. These are measures are supplementary to the procedures we had already been practicing prior to the COVID-19 situation. The current, additional precautions are as follows:
Additionally, patients will be asked to complete pre-screening during appointment confirmation calls and a screening on the day of the appointment at the screening station.
All patients MUST wear a mask in order to be allowed for entry into the clinic. If patients do not have a mask, they will be asked to purchase one of the masks available for sale at the clinic OR re-schedule the appointment. As a health care facility, Premier Dentistry has always abided by the universal standards for a clean and sterile environment; however, out of an abundance of caution, we have implemented additional measures to ensure the safety of both patients and staff. Premier Dentistry held a half-day training session for all staff to ensure they are up-to-date with the changes and enhancement, as well as the new operational guidelines. We ask that you abide by our patient guidelines as well as follow the instructions of all staff members in order to ensure a smooth process. Thank you for your patience and understanding, Premier Dentistry In accordance with Gov Guam’s public health guidance and Executive Order 2020-09, all patients will be required to wear masks when entering the premises of Premier Dentistry. Patients who do not have a mask will be respectfully requested to leave the premises. We will gladly re-schedule your appointment for another time.
Premier Dentistry will remain closed until further notice. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call 671-747-3260. Please remember to practice social distancing (6 feet), avoid congregating in groups, and maintain extra precautions with hygiene. We wish you all safety and good health during these uncertain times. Thank you for your understanding, The PD Team (for previous COVID-19 updates, please see our "updates" tab) |
