As we transition from PCOR 2 to PCOR 3, Premier Dentistry remains vigilant in screening patients in order to maintain the safest environment for our patients and staff. Although we are not quite back to "normal," we continue to slowly expand our clinic hours as well as increase staff training.  We are still requiring social distancing and have spaced out appointments to minimize over-crowding in the waiting area. Our clinic uses hospital-grade Medify air purifiers, located throughout the facilities, and regularly sanitizes with both contact and electrostatic disinfectant sprayers.
If you have not had an exam or cleaning during the past year, due to COVID concerns, now is the time to schedule an appointment.  Maintaining good oral health is the key to preventing more serious dental problems in the long-term, and can help with overall physical well-being.
Call now, to schedule an appointment:  671-300-3221.
Our current clinic hours are:
M, Th, Th:  8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
W: 8:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
F: 8:00 a.m.-1:00 pm.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:
Broken appointments are costly and inconsiderate. We have a line of patients stretching 5-6 weeks out, who are waiting to be seen. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us within 24 hours so that another patient can be given that time slot  If we are unable to confirm your appointment the day prior, it will automatically be cancelled.
Broken appointment fees are $100 for all surgical procedures and $50 for exams, consults, and cleanings.  The fees must be paid before a new appointment will be scheduled.  Please save yourself the expense and help us schedule all our patients in a timely manner. Thank you.

UPDATE: Premier Dentistry has recently acquired electrostatic sprayers to disinfect the dental treatment rooms. We are also using medical grade air purifiers to ensure a safe experience for both patients and staff.

For those patients who have continued to postpone their periodic exams and cleanings due to COVID concerns, we recommend you call to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Per CDC and ADA guidelines, and in consideration of the safety precautions our clinic has established, it is in the patient's best interest not to delay routine dental maintenance. See our contact page for our information.

COVID-19 Response & Reopening Operational Guidelines (5/08/2020)

Hafa Adai!
As of Monday, May 11th, Premier Dentistry will officially be re-opening but at reduced capacity and with additional precautionary measures. These are supplementary to the procedures we had already been practicing prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The current, additional precautions:
  • Plexiglass sneeze shields installed across entire reception desk
  • Customized tri-fold plexiglass sneeze sheld for patient screening zone
  • Spread-out seating area in lobby waiting room (physical distancing)
  • Hand sanitizer dispenser installed at the entry of the clinic
  • Facial tissue provided in lobby and all dental treatment rooms
  • "Stormtrooper" protective face shields provided for all staff
  • Lighter load for patient scheduling to minimize interaction in the waiting room
  • Staggered shifts for staff lunch breaks (to ensure physical distancing for staff members as well)
  • No accompanying people permitted in waiting room or dental treatment room unless the person is a legal guardian or assisting a patient with a disability.
  • Staff members will be screened daily and health conditions will be recorded in a log book
Additionally, patients will be asked to complete pre-screening during appointment confirmation calls and an additional screening on the day of the appointment before entering clinic doors. Please click here to see the screening form.

All patients MUST wear a mask in order to be allowed for entry into the clinic. If patients do not have a mask, they will be asked to purchase one of the masks available for sale at the clinic OR re-schedule the appointment.

As a top-tier health care facility, Premier Dentistry has always followed the universal standards for a clean and sterile environment; however, out of an abundance of caution, we have implemented additional measures to ensure the safety of both patients and staff. Premier Dentistry held a half-day training session for all staff to ensure they are up-to-date with the changes and enhancement, as well as the new operational guidelines.

Please click here to view our full operational guidelines.

We respectfully ask that you abide by our patient guidelines and follow the staff member instructions in order to ensure a safe and smooth visit.

Thank you for your patience and understanding,
Premier Dentistry
